Young Polish Trio was founded in 2022 by three students of the Karol Lipinski Academy of Music in Wroclaw.
The ensemble includes winners of many solo and chamber music competitions in Poland and abroad: violinist Katarzyna Siakaluk, a student in the class of Dr Christian Danowicz and M.A. Katarzyna Szydłowska, cellist Anna Wąsik, a student in the class of Dr. Krzysztof Karpeta, and pianist Piotr Lara, a student in the class of Prof. Dr Paweł Zawadzki and M.A. Tomasz Marut.
The ensemble is currently developing in the chamber music class of Prof. Dr Magdalena Blum and Dr Krzysztof Karpeta.
The trio has honed its skills at workshops conducted by distinguished pedagogues, including Prof. Dr. Katarzyna Jankowska-Borzykowska, Ludmil Angelov and Prof. Dr. Arkadiusz Kubica.
The ensemble has so far had the opportunity to participate in the following competitions: I IMC International Music Competition in Paris and the Euterpe Music Awards Competition in Berlin. This year it completed another year of education in Wroclaw with distinction.
