Felix Mendelssohn first came to Duszniki in 1823. At the time, he gave concerts with a local orchestra, composed, and rested. What traces of the composer remain today in the small spa in southern Poland? We will be able to find out during the concerts and events of the upcoming 7th Felix Mendelssohn-Barthold International Chamber Music Festival. The festival has already managed to become part of the region's tradition. In 2022, after a gap of seven years, it reappeared in a new edition. The aim of the organisers - the Association of Artistic Initiatives 'Bridges of Culture' and the Duszniki Cultural Centre - is to present the composer's chamber works and to internationalise the Festival.
